ABOUT US

Innovation is our engine and our goal is to develop more intelligent and environmentally friendly applications.

We are leaders in residential and institutional water heating and offer the widest range of products to meet all market needs. Tankless heaters, high-recovery heaters, electric, gas, and solar models. In the early 1990s, we entered the solar energy market with thermal solar systems and later expanded into photovoltaic systems.

More recently, we began offering water purification solutions to complement users’ needs.

SCOPE

The scope of the Quality Management System (QMS) It includes the design, manufacturing, sales, repair, maintenance, sale of spare parts, products, and projects such as electric and gas water heaters, solar water heating systems, solar systems, water purification systems, kitchen supplies, and commercial products manufactured and/or imported at the main headquarters located in Santa Ana; as well as repair services, spare parts sales, and general sales at the Curridabat and Heredia branches, and online sales.

Additionally, it includes technical services such as installations, maintenance, consulting, warranties, and project installations.

All the requirements of the INTE ISO 9001 standard apply to THERMO’s quality management system. . ..
